We wish that you are delighted with your recent order but if your purchase is not suitable, you have 30 days to return your order at no extra cost from the day it's shipped.

Items must me returned with tag intact and in the original packaging. Products that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted. If your item arrived faulty, Please contact us before proceeding with your return.

Unfortunately, We are not able to accept returns for any customised or made-to order products.

Note: Please note that orders placed online are not eligible for store return.

HOW TO RETURN

Our return process is quick and easy, powered by our returns partner ReBOUND. To process your return please scan the QR code on the order confirmation included with your order or follow the instructions below.

Visit our returns portal here or click on "START YOUR RETURN" below.

Enter your order number and email address.

Confirm the item you wish to return to us.

Select your returns method,Ā  and your nearest drop-off location.Ā

Take your return to your nearest drop-off point.

Once we have received your items, please allow us 5 working days to process your return and issue a refund. Please note that after processing at our warehouse, refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.

Note: The duration between when an order is collected and when it is received in our warehouse can vary significantly, depending on your location. For this reason, we ask that you contact us only if the tracking status of your return does not show as delivered after 21 working days.

During busy time returns may take longer then stated, we apologies for this and will try our best to process your return as fast as possible.Ā
